Constitution in Administration

First, whether at the state or central level,no administration can function without aligning with the political power center. There-fore, the constitutional authority or power of the state or center inevitably in?uences the administrative system. Second, especially after globalization, the role of administration in shaping political dynamics and its connection with broader society has signi?cantly increased. Before globalization, the government?s role in controlling the economy was more extensive. However, as the government?s economic control started to shrink, elected representatives began to focus on formulating populist policies that would maintain their presence and appeal to a larger electorate, all while keeping the administrative structure intact. Consequently, we are moving towards a system where policymaking will become more important than administrative execution.
